Join us for a practical Sisters Self-Defence Workshop designed to build confidence, personal safety awareness and practical self-defence skills in a supportive, sisters-only environment.
This is a one-hour workshop for sisters aged 15 years and over. No previous experience is required.
Date: Saturday 26 September 2026
Time: 9:00am–10:00am
Cost: $20 per person
Location: Sisters Area – Upstairs, Bendigo Islamic Community Centre (BICC), 9 Rowena Street, East Bendigo
Age: 15+
This session is strictly limited to 15 participants, so registration is essential.
The same workshop is being offered on September 26 and October 10. You only need to attend ONE session.
